A behind-the-scenes look at the showrooms visited during New York Fashion Week

Khaite

Khaite’s collection featured bold sculptural outwear, like leather coats with statement shoulders, and other simple designs in striking colors like lipstick red. Their sweater collection stood out alongside their more structured pieces. My personal favorite was their buttery yellow button cardigan.

Simon Miller

Simon Miller’s showroom featured vibrant colors and lots of sparkles, making each piece a standout. I love how they combine playful, statement-making designs with modern silhouettes for fun looks!

Rosie Assoulin

Rosie Assoulin’s showroom featured sophisticated pieces with striking colors, creating looks that effortlessly capture attention. Most of the pieces that we saw are now showcased in Moda Operendi’s trunkshow.

Rosetta Getty

Rosetta Getty’s showroom featured minimalist designs with fun colors. Her collection is simple and versatile, making each piece perfect for day-to-day activities and elevated occasions!

Monse

Monse’s showcased a broad range of pieces, from fun sparkles and vibrant colors to more versatile options perfect for everyday wear. One standout for me was the criss-cross design, available as a jacket and vest.

Cult Gaia

Cult Gaia’s showroom was a fun experience filled with plenty of sparkles and eye-catching pieces. While similar in style to their previous collections, they introduced several standout pieces at a reasonably accessible price point.

I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to attend New York Fashion Week with The Book. This experience was nothing short of amazing. I learned so much and gained fresh inspiration that I can’t wait to incorporate into my styling!
